Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer - HVAC, based in Jaipur. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support to clients, and crafting custom HVAC solutions. The role entails developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with the engineering and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions. The individual will also provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to diagnose customer needs and propose technical solutions
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and climate control solutions is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or related field) or a relevant technical discipline
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage
