Roles Responsibilities
- Drive sales through the Bancassurance channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
- Generate leads from bank branches and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide product information and assist customers in policy selection
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience in insurance/banking/sales preferred
- Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
