Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Experience candidate with a strong background in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving project-based sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring business growth through effective engagement with architects, builders contractors, developers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert project sales opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants to ensure product specification and inclusion in projects.
  • Promote company's product portfolio (doors, frames, and related solutions) through technical presentations, demonstrations, and project-specific proposals.
  • Track projects from design to execution stage, ensuring timely order conversion and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, technical support) to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management
