Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

• Promote food testing services and the sample pickup app to prospective customers

• Onboard new customers onto the app and assist with scheduling sample pickups

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Coordinate with the proposal team for timely submission of proposals

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes

• Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain records

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager via Salesforce.com

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in science); sales or marketing qualification is desirable

• Experience in a sales role, preferably in food testing, laboratory, or related industry

• Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics

• Proficient in Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Willingness to travel extensively
