Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Sell products exclusively through voice-based interactions.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
  • Strong sales knowledge with good convincing ability.
  • Experience in voice-based sales or outbound calling preferred.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in an inside sales or BPO environment.
