Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive Nap Division (PVC/WPC: Doors, Boards, Door Frames, Louvers)

Base Location: Siliguri

Role Objective

To drive primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with architects and interior designers, working with existing Chanel partners and development of new contacts for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1 Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
  • Ensure primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong sales funnel management for consistent conversion.

2 Sales Process & Conversion Management

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of all stages of the sales cycle:
    • Lead generation
    • Prospecting
    • Client meetings & need analysis
    • Product presentation & sampling
    • Negotiation & objection handling
    • Order closure & collection follow-up
  • Execute effective sales pitches that influence decision-making and drive conversions.
3Architect & Interior Designer Engagement

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with architects and interior designers.
  • Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions.
  • Ensure brand specification in ongoing and upcoming projects.

4 Channel Management

  • Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers/distributors.
  • Ensure stock availability and visibility at key counters.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and review performance.

5 Project & Institutional Sales

  • Track new and upcoming hospitality projects in North Bengal & Sikkim.
  • Monitor renovation projects and government tenders.

(Existing relationships will be a strong advantage.)
