Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad/ Mumbai / Ahemdabad.This is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, preparing and delivering presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining records, reporting sales activity, and contributing to strategic planning for market expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and managing customer accounts
- Knowledge of microbiology, life sciences, or related fields (preferred)
- Proven ability to research and analyze market trends and opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with effective time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Previous sales experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry is a plus
