SeeJewel AI is a jewellery marketplace app that brings every jeweller in a city onto one platform, from small local shops to big franchise brands. Customers can browse designs, try them on live with AI virtual try-on, compare prices across stores and book directly with the jeweller. For jewellers, SeeJewel also provides built-in CRM, ERP and inventory tools.

About the Role
We're looking for a confident Sales Executive (Telecalling) to bring jewellers onto SeeJewel. You'll call jewellery store owners, show them how SeeJewel helps them sell more, handle their questions and objections, and convert them into onboarded partners. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Aligarh, with work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to jewellers and jewellery stores
- Pitch the SeeJewel app: AI try-on, CRM, ERP and online visibility
- Understand each jeweller's needs and highlight the benefits that matter to them
- Handle objections confidently and convert leads into onboarded stores
- Book and run product demos over call, video, or in person when needed
- Follow up consistently until conversion
- Keep lead records, call notes and daily reports up to date
- Meet weekly and monthly onboarding targets
- Share market feedback with the team
Requirements
- 1 year of telecalling or tele-sales experience
- Graduate (Bachelor's degree completed)
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Confidence on calls and strong objection-handling skills
- Persuasive, target-oriented mindset
- Good listener with patience and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with a smartphone, WhatsApp and Google Sheets or a CRM
- Interest in technology, startups or the jewellery industry is a plus
