Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Siliguri. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting the platform's value proposition to potential clients, and supporting the onboarding process for partner properties.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and an ability to build sustainable professional connections
  • Knowledge or experience in the travel and hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Analytical and research skills for market analysis and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
