Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Siliguri area. The role involves identifying and onboarding new accommodation partners, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and achieving sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include market research, creating sales strategies, conducting meetings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with the internal team to meet business goals is also an essential aspect of the role. Visiting TA's and market research on everyday basis for business and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in sales, business development, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and delivering strategic insights
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and targets.
  • Visiting markets on daily basis is plus.
