Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing property listings, identifying prospective clients, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on market trends. Additionally, the role entails effective follow-ups and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and build customer relationships
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Gurgaon's property market and sector-specific regulations is advantageous
  • Must have a results-driven mindset and be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
