Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – SAP B1 / SAP S/4HANA

Location: Delhi (Jasola)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation and business development activities for SAP solutions, including SAP Business One (SAP B1) and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, events, and other prospecting activities.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Understand customer business challenges and position SAP B1 and SAP S/4HANA solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update prospect information, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects.
  • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve lead generation targets.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer accounts.
  • Prepare periodic reports on lead generation activities, conversion metrics, and pipeline status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or IT Solution Sales.
  • Experience in selling or generating leads for ERP solutions, preferably SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA,ERP, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to SAP ecosystem, ERP implementations, or enterprise software sales.
  • Experience in engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, IT Heads, Finance Heads, and Business Decision Makers.
  • Knowledge of cloud ERP, digital transformation, and business process automation solutions.
