We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in lead conversion, consultative selling, and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven experience in gym, fitness, wellness, or premium sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with target achievement focus
- Excellent follow-up and lead management discipline
- Professional appearance and strong client-handling ability
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage memberships, inquiries, and consultations
- Convert prospects into paying members through consultative sales
- Maintain lead pipeline and timely follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Deliver high-standard customer experience throughout the sales process
Job Details:
- On-site role
- 9-hour shift
- Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Shift timings may vary as per business requirements
Compensation:
- ₹25,000 fixed salary
- 5% incentive on total personal sales
