We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Interior Consultant to promote and sell laminates, decorative panels, and related products in the market. The candidate will be responsible for meeting interior designers, contractors, dealers, and clients to generate business opportunities and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of laminates, decorative panels, and decorative items
- Meet interior designers, architects, contractors, and dealers regularly
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior professionals and clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
- Conduct field visits across assigned areas
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client servicing
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle clients and manage field sales activities independently
- Team handling capability will be an added advantage
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
- Candidates from plywood, laminates, adhesives, hardware, or building materials industry will be preferred
Other Requirements
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
- Valid driving license preferred
- Willingness to travel within Howrah and Hooghly areas

- Experience in dealing with interiors, architects, or dealers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
