Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth across hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, senior living facilities, home healthcare providers, distributors, and other healthcare institutions.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, enjoys meeting customers, and is excited to work in a fast-growing startup environment where every sale creates meaningful impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
  • Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, conferences, and digital channels.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior care organizations, physiotherapy clinics, and medical distributors.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Sales Execution
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer onboarding.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide product education and training where required.
  • Address customer queries and coordinate after-sales support.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales.
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in healthcare sales may also apply.
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical medical products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with field sales and frequent travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
