Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for our facility in Delhi, India. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with prospective members, driving memberships, coordinating with the fitness team to tailor offerings for clients, and representing the core values of Rethink Fitness. Daily responsibilities include driving customer engagement, managing inquiries, brainstorming sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure an unmatched fitness experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales experience, including lead generation, follow-ups, closing deals, and financial goal tracking.
• Ability to handle platforms for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to capture and analyze customer data.
• Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude with exceptional persuasive skills.
• Education background from the sales and business related.
• Commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
