Customer Experience & Sales
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coffee equipment and brewing solutions.
- Demonstrate coffee machines, grinders, brewers, and accessories to customers.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all coffee equipment and accessories.
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Suggest products such as grinders, brewing tools, filters, scales, beans, cleaning kits, and accessories along with machine sales.
- Increase average bill value through effective product recommendations.
- Educate customers about brewing methods and maintenance requirements.
Inventory & Store Operations
- Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
- Track inward and outward stock movement accurately.
- Coordinate with the operations team for replenishment and stock availability.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization of products within the store.
- Support in stock audits and inventory checks when required.
Team & Process Support
- Follow store SOPs and sales processes.
- Maintain daily sales updates and customer records.
- Assist during workshops, brewing sessions, and in-store events when required.
- Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and customer support.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques.
- Basic understanding of retail sales and customer handling.
- Ability to cross-sell and upsell confidently.
- Good organizational and inventory handling skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic spreadsheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
