Job Description

Company Description: Gold Coins Club & Resort is a 25-year-old green heritage property located in the heart of Electronic City Phase II, Bengaluru, India. Spread across 10 acres, the resort is designed for fun-filled corporate outings, team-building events, and leisure stays. Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, including adventurous rope courses, target shooting, archery, ATV bike riding, cricket, football, volleyball, rain dance, swimming, badminton, table tennis, and paintball. The property features 25 well-appointed cottages suitable for conferences, training programs, and overnight stays. Gold Coins Club & Resort is also a preferred venue for weddings, birthday celebrations, family gatherings, and school outings.

Role Description: The Sales Executive will work on-site at Gold Coins Club & Resort in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity. This role involves identifying and engaging potential corporate, event, and leisure clients, and promoting the resort's facilities and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting property tours, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing sales, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and a high-quality guest experience. The role may include attending industry events and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate new business, with resort and hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in resorts, hotels, clubs, or hospitality-focused businesses
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and account servicing
  • Ability to prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
  • Comfort with on-site work, property tours, and occasional evening or weekend schedules based on client and event needs
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office productivity software
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and bookings simultaneously
  • Educational background in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Resort and hospitality background, with understanding of corporate outings, events, and group bookings, is strongly preferred
