Sales Executive Pharma
ERP & Distribution Sales
Locations: Mumbai 2, Bangalore 4, Kolkata 3, Kochi 3, Tamil Nadu 1
Experience: 2 to 4 years in Pharma ERP / Pharma Distribution / Healthcare IT Sales
Role Objective: Drive sales of ERP, POS and WMS solutions to Pharma distributors and stockists.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver qualified sales leads within the first 15 days of onboarding.
- Lead ERP and WMS product demonstrations with clear focus on expiry management, SKU complexity and regulatory compliance.
- Present supply chain and compliance workflows in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure complete alignment between sales commitments and project delivery.
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in selling ERP, POS or WMS solutions to the pharma industry, or hands-on experience in pharma distribution.
- Strong working knowledge of pharma supply chain operations.
- Fluency in the regional language is mandatory for candidates based in Kerala and Karnataka.
Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.
