Role Summary
The Regional Product Manager – North will be responsible for driving the Brookfield
rheology and viscometer business across the North region. The role includes product
strategy, sales growth, channel development, and managing a team of sales engineers to
achieve regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market expansion for Brookfield rheology and viscometer products in the North region.
- Develop and implement regional sales and product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage, guide, and support sales engineers to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions with key accounts.
- Work closely with application and service teams for demos, trials, and technical support.
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts across Pharma, Chemical, Food, and Research segments.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to strengthen market positioning.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and periodic performance reports.
- Support marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and product promotions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in sales and/or product management of analytical instruments.
- Experience in selling viscometers or rheology products is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and regional business.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North region.
