Role Summary

The Regional Product Manager – North will be responsible for driving the Brookfield

rheology and viscometer business across the North region. The role includes product

strategy, sales growth, channel development, and managing a team of sales engineers to

achieve regional business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market expansion for Brookfield rheology and viscometer products in the North region.
  • Develop and implement regional sales and product strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage, guide, and support sales engineers to achieve individual and regional targets.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions with key accounts.
  • Work closely with application and service teams for demos, trials, and technical support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts across Pharma, Chemical, Food, and Research segments.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to strengthen market positioning.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and periodic performance reports.
  • Support marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and product promotions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Science or Engineering preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience in sales and/or product management of analytical instruments.
  • Experience in selling viscometers or rheology products is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and regional business.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the North region.
