Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and understanding their real estate needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting property presentations, organizing site visits, negotiating deals, closing sales, and providing consistent after-sales support. Collaboration with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies is also a vital aspect of this role.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and close deals effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Proficiency in market research and the ability to analyze trends impacting real estate
• Experience in customer relationship management, including post-sale support
• Knowledge of Jaipur's real estate market and property regulations is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
