Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting real estate properties, and handling negotiations. The role requires identifying market trends, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience of 2-3 years in real estate sales is mandatory.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Hyderabad
  • Proficiency in presenting and promoting products or services to potential clients
  • Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer relationship management systems (CRM) is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
