Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Executive in the domain of Real Estate & Inventory. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing suitable commercial spaces for clients, maintaining a strong network with property owners and developers, and staying updated on local real estate and market trends. The individual will also manage client relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate to finalize deals effectively. Regular collaboration with internal teams to align on client goals and inventory optimization will also be part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in real estate sales, property dealings, and business development.
- Proficiency in market research, property analysis, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations independently.
- Familiarity with the F&B industry and real estate market in New Delhi is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
