Sales Executive - Real Estate

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Handle residential customer enquiries via different channels (telephone, e-mail, agents, walk-ins etc.)
• Develop a rapport with customers and arrange for / personally take the customer on site visits
• Arranging Site visits and follow-up for sales closures
• Scout for new sales opportunities through client references
• Regularly interact with customers and respond to all customer queries and complaints; Escalate issues to superiors
• To develop a network of channel partners.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Learn to manage and nurture client relationships to foster customer loyalty and business growth.
