Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B sales. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target industries

• Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand requirements, and present solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

• Deliver technical and commercial presentations tailored to client needs

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → deal closure

• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to align offerings with client requirements

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts

• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and report regularly to management

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities

• Represent Quintrans at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (industrial, engineering, or technical sales preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits

• Basic understanding of engineering products or ability to learn technical concepts quickly

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

• Experience in selling automation, motion systems, or industrial equipment

• Existing network in relevant industries
