We are looking for a dynamic and customer relation-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing natural stone business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through Emails, WhatsApp messages, calls, referrals, and market outreach.
- Generate new business leads by operating Inquiry Portals, AI lead search and Trade data. (Training provided)
- Handle customer inquiries and convert them into quotations, orders, and repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, traders, architects, contractors, landscapers, and project buyers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, dispatch, and customer follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reporting, inquiry tracking, and follow-up discipline.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of sales experience, preferably in stone, marble, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Basic AI knowledge such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude etc.
- Graduate preferred.
