Sales Executive – Automobile Advisory & Sales

Company: Qlocar Autosolution Private Limited

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Reporting To: City Sales Head / Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will act as a trusted automobile advisor for customers interacting with Qlocar through online and offline channels. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, providing honest vehicle consultation, managing the customer journey, and generating long-term relationships through excellent advisory services.

The ideal candidate should possess strong automobile knowledge, consultative selling skills, CRM discipline, and the ability to drive cross-selling opportunities across Qlocar's automotive ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Requirement Discovery & Advisory

  • Understand customer requirements including budget, usage pattern, lifestyle, family size, mileage expectations, and brand preferences.
  • Suggest suitable vehicle options based on customer needs.
  • Provide transparent and comparative guidance regarding:
  • Ownership costs
  • Resale value
  • Service network
  • Vehicle safety

Multi-Brand Vehicle Consultation

  • Advise customers across:
  • Hatchbacks
  • Sedans
  • SUVs
  • Luxury Vehicles
  • EVs & Hybrids
  • Maintain updated knowledge regarding:
  • New vehicle launches
  • Pricing updates
  • EV developments

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently through CRM.
  • Qualify leads and schedule customer consultations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the sales journey until vehicle delivery.
  • Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.

Ecosystem Cross-Sell & Finance Coordination

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for:
  • Auto loans
  • Motor insurance
  • Accessories
  • Service packages
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance partners for smooth processing.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Maintain customer relationships post-delivery.
  • Conduct satisfaction checks and follow-up interactions.
  • Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
  • Build a strong personal referral network.

CRM Discipline & Reporting

  • Ensure same-day CRM updates for all customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Prepare weekly reports on:
  • Lead conversion
  • Market feedback
  • Sales pipeline status

Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in automobile sales
  • Multi-brand dealership exposure preferred
  • Experience in:
  • Consultative sales
  • Used cars
  • EV ecosystem
  • Auto finance or insurance sales

  • Skills Required

    • Strong automobile product knowledge
    • Understanding of EVs and hybrid vehicles
    • Consultative selling approach
    • Lead management & negotiation skills
    • CRM and pipeline management proficiency
