Role Overview
The Sales Executive will act as a trusted automobile advisor for customers interacting with Qlocar through online and offline channels. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, providing honest vehicle consultation, managing the customer journey, and generating long-term relationships through excellent advisory services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong automobile knowledge, consultative selling skills, CRM discipline, and the ability to drive cross-selling opportunities across Qlocar's automotive ecosystem.
