Key Responsibilities
- Generate raw leads and actively follow up till conversion, including inside sales, new customers, and new sales opportunities
- Generate sales and maintain existing client relations for repeat orders
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to expand the reach of the organization
- Execute end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, understanding problem statements, developing feasibility reports, pitching solution concepts to clients, generating proposals, and managing final negotiations
- Develop and maintain business relations with new and existing clients
- Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential customers
- Call and visit client offices to discuss offerings with them
- Understand the market and analyze the basic price structure of the company's products
- Travel as required based on business needs
- Locate and visit new potential clients and follow up on previous customers for potential sales
- Work closely and build strong relationships with customers
- Provide technical support when required
- Develop innovative sales strategies
