Role: Sales Executive

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: 35,000–40,000/month, depending on experience

Location: Gurgaon | Full-time | On-site

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and presentable Sales Executive who can handle client meetings, understand requirements, close business, and build strong client relationships. The role involves regular client interaction and field work, so strong communication and your own conveyance are essential.

What You'll Do

• Understand client requirements for printing, packaging, gifting, and marketing collateral projects.
• Conduct client meetings and present suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team.
• Negotiate commercials and close orders.
• Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Manage client communication throughout the project and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Build strong client relationships and develop repeat business.
• Represent Robosouls professionally during client meetings and interactions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Fluent English communication is a must.
• Well-dressed, confident, professional, and presentable.
• Comfortable with field work and regular client meetings.
• Own conveyance is a must.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle client discussions independently.
• Knowledge or experience in the printing industry is a strong advantage.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
