About the Role
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive with a keen interest in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to drive business growth in the Ahmedabad market. The role involves client acquisition, project tracking, and delivering tailored building solutions to industrial and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for PEB projects in industrial and commercial segments
- Develop relationships with industrial clients, contractors, consultants, and architects
- Identify upcoming projects, factories, warehouses, and infrastructure developments
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals
- Conduct site visits and client meetings across Ahmedabad and nearby regions
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for accurate project inputs
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings / Steel Structures / Construction
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand drawings and project requirements (preferred)
- Result-oriented with strong sales drive
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel locally
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in PEB / steel structures / construction sales
- B.E. Civil or Mechanical candidates preferred
- Experience in industrial project sales is a strong advantage
- Freshers with strong technical + sales interest may be considered
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
