About the Role

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive with a keen interest in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to drive business growth in the Ahmedabad market. The role involves client acquisition, project tracking, and delivering tailored building solutions to industrial and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for PEB projects in industrial and commercial segments
  • Develop relationships with industrial clients, contractors, consultants, and architects
  • Identify upcoming projects, factories, warehouses, and infrastructure developments
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings across Ahmedabad and nearby regions
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams for accurate project inputs
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings / Steel Structures / Construction
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand drawings and project requirements (preferred)
  • Result-oriented with strong sales drive
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel locally

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in PEB / steel structures / construction sales
  • B.E. Civil or Mechanical candidates preferred
  • Experience in industrial project sales is a strong advantage
  • Freshers with strong technical + sales interest may be considered
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
