About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientedSales Executivewho will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial products and services, generating new business, and building long-term client relationships. The candidate should be confident in handling field visits, client meetings, and cold calling to grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads throughfield visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct regularclient meetingsto understand their financial needs and suggest suitable products.
- Promote and sellfinancial and capital market productsoffered by the company.
- Fix appointments, meet prospects, and convert them into active clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Work closely under theHead of Sales & Marketingand follow guidance and strategies shared by the team.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum1+ years of experiencein financial product sales, stock broking, or related fields.
- Strongcommunication skillswith the ability to explain financial products clearly.
- Excellentnegotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build and maintainstrong client relationships.
- Must be comfortable withfield sales, client visits, and cold calling.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of the capital market will be an added advantage.
