Job Summary

We are looking to hire enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our solar distribution team in Varanasi. The role involves supporting sales, channel partners, and internal teams in the distribution of solar products such as modules, inverters, batteries, and related accessories. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales and distribution team in handling day-to-day operations

• Support channel partners, dealers, and installers with product information

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and basic documentation

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order dispatch and delivery

• Maintain records of sales leads, orders, and customer data

• Follow up with customers and partners for inquiries and order status

• Learn and understand solar products, specifications, and applications

• Support marketing and promotional activities when required

  
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech/Diploma preferred)

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience

• Interest in solar / renewable energy industry

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Willingness to learn, proactive, and team-oriented
