Position: Sales Executive

Industry: Retail / Jewellery Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate sales through customer engagement and follow-ups.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Support product display, stock checking, and showroom presentation.
• Handle billing or coordinate with the billing team when required.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and future purchases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
• Jewellery, apparel, lifestyle, or other showroom sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and confident personality.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates from Coimbatore preferred.

Shift Timings:

• 9:50 AM – 8:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
