Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain product details, designs, quality and pricing.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with customers.
Maintain good product knowledge of jewellery collections.
Support billing and order-related activities when required.
Maintain showroom display and product presentation.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer objections and support sales conversion.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
