Policy Bazaar is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and driving sales through various channels. This is a blended process position, offering a dynamic work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide detailed information about our products and services.

- Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.

- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree

Working conditions:

6-day working week.

Salary range: 2.5 - 4 LPA,

depending upon relevant experience.
