Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and converting investors holding physical share certificates into Demat accounts. The role involves educating clients about the benefits of dematerialization, generating leads, acquiring new Demat accounts, and coordinating the end-to-end conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients holding physical share certificates.

• Generate leads through referrals, databases, campaigns, and field activities.

• Educate investors about the process and benefits of converting physical shares into Demat form.

• Assist customers in opening Demat and trading accounts.

• Guide clients in completing Dematerialization Request Forms (DRFs) and documentation requirements.

• Coordinate with Depository Participants (DPs), RTAs, and operations teams for smooth processing.

• Follow up with clients until successful credit of shares into their Demat accounts.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Cross-sell related financial products and investment services where applicable.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in financial services, stock broking,

•Demat account sales, or banking sales.

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Demat account acquisition.
