Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Relationship Building

  • Visit healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and medical stores to promote and provide information on pharmaceutical products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Product Promotion & Sales

  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and usage of pharmaceutical products. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to increase product adoption.

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and timely follow-ups. Track sales performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies while promoting products. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and feedback, and report them regularly.

Training & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and industry developments. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and technical knowledge.
