Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand the retail presence of Penguin Clogs in Faridabad through General Trade stores. The role involves visiting footwear retailers, generating orders, building strong retailer relationships, and ensuring consistent product availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit footwear retailers and general trade shops in assigned territories in Faridabad.
- Generate new retailer onboarding and expand the dealer network.
- Take daily orders from retailers and coordinate with the company for fulfillment.
- Ensure proper display and availability of Penguin Clogs in stores.
- Build strong relationships with shop owners and distributors.
- Track competitor products, pricing, and market feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain daily sales reporting and market visit reports.
Requirements
- 13 years of general trade sales experience (footwear/FMCG preferred).
- Good knowledge of Faridabad retail market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with retailers.
- Two-wheeler preferred for market visits.
Compensation
- Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives
- Travel allowance: As per company policy
