Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, located in Rewari with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's customer base. The role involves maintaining a deep understanding of Paytm's services and effectively communicating their value to potential customers while providing exceptional client service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital payments, fintech, or related industries is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
