Key Responsibilities
Business development & Client Acquistion:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Generate and manage leads under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support in presenting product portfolios to clients and understanding their requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Sales Co-ordination & Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
- Support seniors in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update client databases and visit reports.
Market & product Understanding:
- Learn about cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical raw materials (essential oils, actives, excipients, etc.).
- Stay updated on market trends, product launches, and competitor activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, expos, and marketing events when required.
Communication & Relationship Management:
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, calls, and meetings.
- Build trust and credibility with clients through consistent follow-ups and service.
Learning & Development:
- Gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing of raw materials.
- Receive mentorship from the Business Development and Sales team to grow into a managerial role.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in the cosmetic, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Good analytical and negotiation ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within India as required.
