Role

We are looking for a persuasive and energetic communicator who thrives on human connection. In this role, you will be the voice of OMG Mediawork, proactively reaching out to prospects, sparking meaningful conversations, and turning cold calls into warm business opportunities. If you have a natural flair for conversation, an instinct for persuasion, and the hunger to hit targets every day, this is exactly where you belong.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients with confidence and clarity
  • Pitch OMG Mediawork's services in a compelling and engaging manner
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the business team
  • Follow up diligently and maintain a healthy, active lead pipeline
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update lead records consistently

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
  • High energy and resilience (comfortable with a heavy daily call volume)
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
