Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored elevator and lift solutions. This role combines technical knowledge with sales skills to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets. The executive collaborates with internal teams and visits client sites to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lifts and elevators market.
- Understand customer technical requirements and suggest appropriate product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential sales growth areas.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
