Sales Executive

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Location: IT Park, Sahastradhara Road -248001

About Role

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with strong communication and convincing skills. The candidate will handle all sales enquiries as part of their job role, understand customer requirements, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful sales or escalate it to the next level for closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle sales enquiries as required.
2. Handle CRM and ensure the customer journey is clearly mapped in it.
3. Support/Independently handle e-mail marketing and ensure journey loop closure.
4. Maintain sales data in a dashboard for management's viewing and review.
5. Advise clients on the merits of investing in a real estate product after identifying their need/want.
6. Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
7. Hand over the client to the site visit team after successfully onboarding them.
8. Keep a tab on the latest developments in the RE sector and recommend topics for blogs for the same.

Requirements

1. MBA in Sales & Marketing with a minimum of 2+ years of target-based sales experience.
2. Passion for Real Estate and willingness to grow in this field.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales.
5. CRM knowledge will be preferred.
