Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and contributing to regional sales strategies. The candidate will conduct market research, prepare sales presentations, and actively collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in sales strategy development and target achievement
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research techniques
• Experience in customer relationship management and client retention
• Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior sales experience in manufacturing or related industries preferred
• Fluency in Malayalam is a MUST.
