Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales. This role requires extensive fieldwork to meet prospective clients and to gain an in-depth understanding of their requirements. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with other teams to design and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Strong understanding of the real estate or prop-tech industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
