About The Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B client base for lab-grown diamonds, both domestic and international. You'll own the sales cycle from lead follow-up to closing — building relationships with jewelers, wholesalers, and trade buyers.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in diamonds, gems & jewelry, or a related luxury/export industry
Strong understanding of diamond grading (4Cs), certification standards, and lab-grown vs natural diamond market dynamics (or willingness to learn quickly)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with international client communication (email, calls, WhatsApp Business)
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Good to Have

Existing network of jewelers/wholesalers/export buyers

Knowledge of export documentation and international trade basics

Salary: Fixed salary

We have involved ourselves in trading & manufacturing Lab-grown for 3 years now.
