> Role Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting them into revenue for ProCare by identifying potential clients, understanding their facility and property management requirements, and proposing appropriate service solutions.

The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and closing profitable contracts while maintaining ProCare's service quality and profitability standards.

> Key Responsibilities

# Customer Engagement

  • Initiate and maintain professional interaction with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements related to Facility Management, Estate Management, One Time Services, Turnkey Services and any other services offered by ProCare.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about ProCare's services and capabilities.

# Lead Generation & Sales Development

  • Sourcing of accurate contact details from sources like Linkedin, References, Cold Site Visits, Offline Networks of the decision maker of our services from HR / Procurement department of companies in the business of Manufacturing, IT, FMCG, Pharma, Residential/Commercial Societies, Educational Institutes, Real Estate Developers, Architects and any other developed further.
  • Maintaining the database on the internal template of the organization 

# Sales Meetings

  • Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client. 
  • Having effective Sales Meetings in order to:

o Understand Facility and One Time Service ecosystem of client

o Position ProCare as the best choice for client

o Generate requirements for services from clients

o Maintaining the database on the internal template of the organization 

# Sales Process & Need Assessments

  • Conduct site survey to understand the client's expectations and operational challenges. If needed survey to be done alongwith Operations team. 
  • Perform a detailed need assessment of the client's facility
  • Prepare Scope of Work in accordance with Operations Executive or Field Officer based on site observations. 
  • Present ProCare's services as Solution rather than just Quotations. 

# Sales Proposal

  • Create proposals or quotations based on clients requirement 
  • Coordinate with operations team to generate proposals or quotations

# Sales Conversion / Closure

  • Negotiate win-win deals
  • Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
  • Secure final confirmation and Purchase Order from the Client. 

# Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Write emails professionally to the client to record all discussions
  • Be the interface between the client and operations team till the contract is executed. And once Operations team take over, be the interface to resolve any challenges and get more business from client.
  • Build and Maintain long term relationship with all clients (Existing and New)
  • Identify Cross Selling Opportunities
  • Coordinate with Operations team to ensure smooth transition after closure
