Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located at Newow's New Delhi office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales presentations, following up with clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies. The role also involves providing product demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
1.Business Development and Sales
Identify and onboard new B2B customers such as dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, architects, and project clients
Generate leads through market visits, references, and cold outreach
Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
2.Market Coverage and Field Activities
Conduct regular market visits as per beat plan
Ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility at client locations
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and schemes
Collect market feedback and share insights with management
3.Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B clients
Handle client queries, objections, and after-sales coordination
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
