About the Role
Della Resorts & Adventure is looking for a dynamic, guest-centric, and revenue-driven Sales Executive - Guest Experience to create memorable stay experiences while maximizing on-property revenue opportunities. This role is a unique blend of sales, upselling, and guest relations, responsible for engaging with guests before, during, and throughout their stay to curate and sell the full range of Della's luxury and adventure experiences.
The ideal candidate will act as an experience curator and revenue ambassador, ensuring every guest discovers and books the best of what Della has to offer-from adventure activities and dining to spa, celebrations, curated itineraries, and premium upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement & Relationship Management
. Welcome guests warmly and understand the purpose of their visit, preferences, and expectations.
. Build strong rapport with guests across leisure, family, corporate, wedding, and celebration segments.
. Proactively connect with in-house and arriving guests to recommend personalized experiences.
. Ensure a seamless and elevated guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
. Handle guest concerns, requests, and feedback with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
. Coordinate with front office, reservations, concierge, F&B, adventure park, spa, and events teams to deliver flawless service.
Experience Sales & Upselling
. Drive revenue by selling all resort experiences, including:
o Adventure park activities
o Luxury dining experiences
o Spa and wellness packages
o Room upgrades and villa enhancements
o Celebration packages (birthdays, anniversaries, proposals)
o Corporate team-building experiences
o Event and wedding add-ons
o Exclusive curated itineraries and premium concierge services
. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on guest profile and stay occasion.
. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets for guest experiences.
. Promote bundled experiences and personalized packages to maximize guest spend.
. Work closely with reservations and front desk teams to convert inquiries into on-property sales.
Revenue Optimization
. Track sales conversion, average guest spend, and experience attachment rate.
. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, bookings, and sales performance.
. Recommend new packages and offers based on guest demand trends.
. Support management in forecasting revenue from experiences and ancillary services.
Service Excellence & Brand Representation
. Represent Della's luxury and adventure lifestyle brand with confidence and sophistication.
. Ensure all guest touchpoints reflect premium hospitality standards.
. Create wow moments that convert satisfied guests into repeat customers and brand advocates.
. Gather testimonials, referrals, and repeat booking opportunities.
Candidate Profile
. 2-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, guest relations, concierge, or resort experience sales.
. Strong background in upselling, cross-selling, and guest engagement.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
. High level of confidence in interacting with HNI, celebrity, wedding, and corporate guests.
. Passion for hospitality, lifestyle experiences, and luxury service.
