Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Electronics & Home Appliances for a full-time, on-site role based in kozhikode and Tiruvananthapuram, Kerala,. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, conducting market research, providing product education to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. The candidate will also monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills with a strong ability to identify and close sales opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Must have strong experience in Electronics & Home Appliances Sales
• Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills to handle multiple clients and sales activities effectively
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with purchase, stock and marketing teams
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
